Caberg Trip Helmet - LUNAR L6 Matt Black/Grey/Yellow Fluo
The Caberg Trip is a flip-up (modular) helmet with a 180-degree rotating chin guard that folds all the way to the back of the shell rather than sitting on top, as on traditional modular helmets. It holds ECE 22.06 P/J dual homologation, certifying it for use as both a full-face helmet (chin guard closed) and a jet/open-face helmet (chin guard open). The shell is made from LG Chem Hi-Impact ABS.
Designed for touring riders who want versatile, single-handed chin guard operation and integrated safety technology, the Trip includes the Caberg SOS Medical ID NFC device, a Pinlock Max Vision 70 anti-fog lens, an integrated sun visor long enough to protect the face with the chin guard open, and readiness for the Caberg Pro Speak EVO intercom system. This listing is for the LUNAR graphic version in the L6 Matt Black/Grey/Yellow Fluo colourway, featuring a matt and glossy base finish.

180-Degree Rotating Chin Guard
Unlike traditional modular helmets where the chin guard rests on top of the shell when open, the Trip chin guard completes a full 180-degree rotation to the back of the shell. It can be opened and closed with one hand. When open, a P/J lever on the right side of the shell locks the chin guard in position to prevent accidental closure.
ECE 22.06 P/J Dual Homologation
The Trip is approved under ECE 22.06 for use as a full-face helmet (P, chin guard closed) and as a jet helmet (J, chin guard open). It also passed all ECE 22.06 tests with the Caberg Pro Speak EVO communicator installed.
