2027 Ducati DesertX Rally: First Look at the New 890cc V2 Adventure Bike

Ducati pulled the covers off the 2027 DesertX Rally at EICMA 2027, and it marks a significant step forward for the brand's off-road flagship. The headline change is the switch to Ducati's new 890cc V2 engine, wrapped in a monocoque frame, which trims weight while adding a serious upgrade to the suspension and running gear.
Positioned as the hardcore, rally-focused version of the DesertX, this model is aimed squarely at riders who want a production adventure bike that is ready for genuinely demanding terrain straight out of the crate.
